City Forestry offers free mulch
Need some free mulch to protect your valuable landscaping plants for winter?

City Forestry always has free mulch available. Whether you need to fill up your truck or just a trashcan you can stop by one of the locations listed below and get what you need. Don’t forget your shovel!

Forestry Operations Center, 1601 Recreation Way. Mulch pile is located on the north side of the building. The gate is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Two NEW mulch sites available for evening or weekend pickup:
Memorial Park, 1605 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Mulch is located off of Prospect Lake Drive.
Rampart Park, 8270 Lexington Dr. Mulch is near the parking lot and baseball court off of Lexington Dr. north of Rampart High School.
