Neighborhood Meeting Notice
This is to inform you that the City of Colorado Springs Land Use Review Division has been contacted by Nor’wood Development Group regarding the possibility of modifying the zoning and land use for the 52.9-acre parcel which is bounded by Bridle Pass Drive to the south and west, Duryea Drive to the west, Woodmen Road to the north, Powers Boulevard to the east and the Villa Sport athletic facility to the south. The approved concept plan for the property shows a furniture store, other retail stores and restaurants. The proposed concept plan shows automotive sales and service, fast food and sit down restaurants, retail establishments and a 10-story hotel (maximum height of 135’).
You are invited to attend a public meeting to hear a presentation and discuss the proposal. Representatives for Nor’wood Development Group and the City of Colorado Springs Land Use Review Division will attend the meeting. Please share this notice with anyone who may be interested in attending.
